SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program Description: This messaging program sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who request a cleaning quote from Office Werk Commercial Cleaning Services through the quote request form on our website at www.OfficeWerk.com and explicitly opt in to receive SMS messages. Opt-in is collected on our web form with a dedicated, unchecked checkbox for non-marketing messages and a separate, optional, unchecked checkbox for marketing messages. Messages may include quote follow-ups, walkthrough and appointment scheduling, service confirmations and updates, and customer support communications. If you check the marketing box, you may also receive occasional promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number that sent you messages. After you send “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our opt-in form or text “START,” and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service requests and schedule. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers and most regional carriers.
Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
Privacy Policy: For privacy-related information, including how we protect your mobile information, please see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.
